ARTFUL LIVING CA HOME AND DESIGN

They call him the Hit Man. Max Martin, the number one producer and song writer to the greatest stars ever recorded. And this is where it all happens. This hub of high creativity is the headquarters, a space that invites genius, where the likes of Katie Perry, Taylor Swift, Jennifer Lopez, Ariana Grande and famed artists are made to feel at home, to jam, to record and fine tune their craft.
Echoing the glamour era of Hollywood, the golden age of fame and fortune, we used inspiration from the Beverley Hills Hotel. Fabric, books, art and soft furnishings are skilfully used to create an optimum acoustic environment.

Prior to the studio, the building belonged to Frank Sinatra and is also where Marilyn Monroe had her apartment. Currently there are no less than twenty rooms, comprising of offices, meeting areas and recording studios, each with their own character and charm.
